Have you considered taking a dummy for the baby. I was against using them myself but my second daughter had real trouble latching on to my breast so ended up using a dummy to help keep her calm. Maybe just have on there just in case as a back up so if you do feel you need one you will have it to hand. Good luck with it all can't wait to meet baby x

Hi Brodie so looking forward to seeing your baby when it comes. I am a grandmother with two strapping grandsons of 29 and 26 and even when my daughter had her babies they didn’t have much to take into hospital and my daughter was in hospital for six weeks before her first child as she had pre emclamsia. I had my son at home and it was wonderful just had him and went to sleep. My daughter was born in hospital because I had high blood pressure had her at 11.30pm and was home the next afternoon. Today there is so much paraphernalia you have to take just makes me laugh.🤣🤣

I’m so excited for you . Later on can we have a video that maybe tells us if everything you packed for you, baby and Brad was useful, if there were things you packed you didn’t need or things you needed but didn’t pack, and explain about how the labour and birth went.

Don’t forget to take tissues, honestly you will need them. 🩷💙 xxxx

Take a pkt of chewing gum as if you do have a c section chewing gum straight after will kick start your bowel if this isn’t done then you can get the most horrendous pain going up to your shoulder so pkt of gum just in case

I would pack summer pjs and take summer slippers, you will be hot 🥵 and it is summer. Good luck hope it all goes well. Looking forward to meeting baby Clarke ❤

Small tip you might not recognise labour but if you suddenly find yourself with diarrhoea that’s usually the sign your bodies emptying itself and preparing for labour that day or the next day , I hope you have a beautiful peaceful and safe birth ❤

It’s crazy my first two we knew the date of conception and we’re both born on their due dates but my last omg longest pregnancy ever , I love that your waiting til the birth to find out the sex ❤

I remember after I had my last baby I popped to the shops and I sobbed my heart out I missed my bump so much , it was an overwhelming feeling I’d never experienced before

How exciting your at the final step it's lovely that you haven't wished away the weeks pregnancy is one of the most beautiful things ever to go through I had a really tough time with my second pregnancy spending the most of it in hospital not been able too enjoy it as I was in so much pain ,I'm now in my 40s and love watching other women go though it as it reminds me of all the beautiful times that came with the hard one ,can't wait to meet baby Clarke wishing you the best of luck beautiful lady and enjoy every second Labour is hard but its truly amazing trust your body and try too stay calm it's much easier if you can keep your head in it ❤xxx

My sister and sister-in-law both had their first babies at 36 and 38 weeks.
