Turn off adds, it’s inappropriate to have people who have 10,000 dollar taps then have to wait to give you more money…

The continuous running water only turned off for a few seconds after leaving the sensing area and after the set time out delay. and then it started to run water again continuously , seemed to be working back the front . Swap the blue and brown wires around at the plug - we had a lead/plug out of the box wired wrong. As it is a 6volt pulse to open and a reverse polarity 6volt pulse to close, an incorrect wired plug will cause this scenario.

Current model ZIP aps seem to have poor carbonation. Bubbles are weak and do not last long. I have talked to several ZIP service people and this apparently cannot be fixed. There is definitely no setting to increase the CO2, there is an option to reduce the flow of water which will slightly increase the rate of carbonation.

How do you increase the CO2 so it’s more intense? It’s too weak 😅

It's $5,000. For that price you can have a super nice tankless water heater installed.

Hi, our hotel rooms are using these gorgeous units. As we press the tap button, below units(CO2 tank, control box, etc.) make something operating noise like motor rotation sound. I wonder if is this ok same noise for several second even without press the tap button? Normally in night time this sound makes guest somewhat irritating. Is this the sound to self cleaning intermittently? Also where can I download the user manual for this item, please let me know. Thanks.

I've experienced these devices for years.. In actuality, the cold water tastes like its mouldy, the functionality is horrendous, and after a few days in a busy office, the unit shuts down and requires an engineer
