If you want to learn about Islam, please talk to a Muslim, not a non-Muslim. For example, if a Christian were to say or do something offensive, such as expressing hatred towards a group of people, that doesn’t mean Christianity itself advocates for that behavior. Similarly, you can’t look at the flaws, biases, or actions of individuals who identify as Muslim and use that to define Islam. To understand any religion, you must look at its core teachings, not just how people live it out-especially since human beings are imperfect. Islam transcends individual actions and cultural practices; it is a divinely revealed system meant to guide humanity. By conflating the actions of people with the religion itself, you risk misrepresenting the essence of Islam and reducing it to a subjective, ever-changing phenomenon, which it is not. Absolute garbage video, if your school or teachers told you to watch for an Islamic class, I highly recommend you drop it.
