A friend of mine who's playing the deck thinks that Mycospawn maindeck and Thought Knot in the side might be the right choice, but we are not 100% sure.

Thank you, ye moxfield will not always show the right list, but I'm using the Primer section to bounce users to KZbin or X where they can find at least a screen of the right list. Sadly I didn't find a better way to keep all the records/updates of the archetype and all the different lists of the deck in the same place.

@@lionkingmatiouz3441 right now I'm focusing on this archetype, I think I will post at least 1 or 2 videos each week playing Mardu. I tried two different versions today and I got another Trophy, and tomorrow I will upload a league playing with a Mardu list featuring Goblin Bombardment. Don't forget to follow me on X and Moxfield for all the updates!

You are right, I was not used to having Vexing Bauble in the sideboard yet!

If you are playing purely to win, I think that Mardu Energy is the safest option. I wouldn't say is strictly better, but it felt smoother.

Yeah, I think so, you could also use map to fetch for a green source, and TOR will give you enough card draw to eventually cast Mycospawn, even though it is a good turn 4 play it's still great even in the late game!

In this list I'd probably play 1 Murktide top, cutting one Nethergoyf, or you could cut all Goyfs, maybe one Bowmasters and something else to play Psychic Frog and Murktide.

With a Deluge with X=2 the Shadows are still 4/4 until eot

Replacing Guide with something else could be an idea, even with Nethergoyf maybe, just to have a better "standalone" card. In the next days I'm gonna try to tune the deck a bit, I'm sure there's room for improvement!

Honestly I haven't played Pauper in a while, and with the recent ban and the release of MH3 in a few weeks, I've no clue about the current positioning in the meta of UB Control, sorry

Onestamente stavo già pensando di forzare Sorin in scam, sarebbe sicuramente un esperimento divertente, non credo molto competitivo purtroppo, Ciuciavene muore facilmente da Solitude evocata e mazzi come Yawgmoth hanno troppa roba da poter sacrificare. Si Laelia sará legale in modern con MH3, é indubbiamente una carta forte, ma é presto per parlare di nuovo meta, o di potenza dei mazzi giá esistenti, probabilmente cambieranno molte cose con MH3.

Quindi meglio aspettare l’uscita di MH3 prima di spendere o provare nuovi mazzi

Sinceramente penso ancora sia meglio di Rakdos, almeno finchè Yawgmoth sará così popolare, avere Solitude/Prismatic Ending aiuta nel matchup. Come accennavo nel video le mie priorità ora sono Standard e Pauper, magari registrerò ancora una lega con Orzhov, ma non nell'immediato!

I motivi secondo me sono molteplici, la gente è più abituata a Rakdos e senza il tempo per testare e preparare il mazzo adeguatamente Rakdos è una scelta più "safe", la lista quella è, inoltre la possibilità di vincere game dal nulla semplicemente calando Blood Moon fa gola, soprattutto in un meta pieno di Titan, MA, Ragavan, è inutile contro alcuni dei mazzi più popolari e Fiaba per quanto forte sia è molto lenta e poco impattante in alcuni MUs, restano carte incredibili, ma ci dà spazio per esplorare altre combinazioni di colori, alla fine il core del mazzo è il nero, il colore secondario secondo me può tranquillamente cambiare a seconda del meta o dei gusti del player. Infine temo che molta gente si sia stufata di modern, e in meta così stantii è difficile vedere innovazione o gente che crede veramente in mazzi di nicchia a tal punto da renderli tier alti.
