I genuinely wanted to buy this on Beatport and the thing says: "territory restrictions". Hence I came here, used a youtube mp3 converter, loaded it in Pro Tools, beefed it up a little due to mp3 quality loss and saved it. I G-HUGELY respect Darren Porter and absolutely LOVE his work. I wanted to pay for this. When will these beatport people understand that territory restrictions force people into illegitimate downloads? This really sad. I don't want to do this but I wanted this mix. Sorry Darren. Love you anyway.

Next, you try to be the white knight like "oh euuh these men are paid for their art"; Well true, that's why he said he wanted to pay. The ones responsible for stealing that away from Darren are Beatport with their stupid restrictions. And KZbin. It is generally known mp3 rippers exist. If you don't want your tracks to be ripped then avoid youtube. People have been ripping music for decades. So here we find a guy who actually did the trouble to buy it. And there you are with a ridiculous comment showing only you don't get it; Next time, read it again, think it through, ask your wife of boyfriend for advice about what you're about to babble and then maybe post it. The disgrace here is you for wildly attacking someone from behind your keyboard.

@@graemefinn9390 It was predictable that you would put the blame on me now, despite you being the one having accused the poster here above first. The man literally said he went to beatport to buy it but that the platform denied him from doing so. And if you want to know, I have been making music myself since 1994. If you put your tracks out there on any digital form and you are lucky enough to find people who like it and want to go through the trouble of buying it to support you, the last thing you need to do is geoblock them because then they will just find means to get it for free. Basic advertising knowledge.

@@graemefinn9390 I get your point. My point is, had there not been restrictions he would have paid for it. When people like a track they're gonna get it. Restrictions of any kind are shooting yourself in the foot. It's like with ohysical products. If 1 shop says: sorry we don't sell that in your coubtry then people will find someone in a country where it is sold and ship it themszlves. Restrictions cannot be enforced and will always be circumvented.
