Brake pedal lost feeling with so much more rubber in the chassis, but thats to be expected. And it needs a small lift to clear the tires which I don't have. However I love the wheel package so far.

Hello, this is example you dont really need to buy new laptop just upgrade it if you got upgradable laptop. But you should put an extra ssd (the bigger one) in your laptop. Your OS (windows 10) is on a smaller NVMe disk, so you don't necessarily need to upgrade that NVMe disk to bigger one, but if you want, that's a plus of course
@fullschmuppity4205Ай бұрын
Even a Gen 3 NVME drive is orders of magnitude faster than a 2.5" SATA drive, so I would love to replace both eventually! But for now just the 2.5" drive would give me some much needed breathing room.

Those are good beginner bikes, keep picking away at it and you can probably get it going pretty cheap, even just to feel good about getting it running. You might be able to save the tank by cleaning it, lots of ways to do it. I have had good success with vinegar (video on my channel if you want to check it out).
@fullschmuppity42053 ай бұрын
It was a great bike! The wiring was trashed, but that’s fixable. I don’t think the tank can be repaired though. I’ve used vinegar before but this is far beyond surface rust.
@TomsTinkeringandAdventures3 ай бұрын
@@fullschmuppity4205 start with filling the tank half full with water and a hand full of nuts and bolts. Shake it around for several minutes, that will count as your upper body workout. Drain, rinse, repeat. Good luck, hope to see another video!

Citric acid, can be found the canning section of your favorite store. One pound to 5 gallons of water. After it sits and you are happy with the results, baking soda soak and rinse. Works good and cheaper than vinegar or the Evaporust. Good luck!

Dish soap to get them off, soak them in very hot water for a few minutes to get them on. Chances are that putting them on with dish soap will always cause them to slip. Trust me, the only thing that will ever be tighter than your grips using the hot water method will be your sphincter when the dish soap method causes the grip to come off the bar as you're going around a corner while fully committed.
