I struggle with the boundary layer command not act doing anything. Almost like it ignores anything. How do i get, say 100 elements in the first couple of mm?

Hallo, amazing simulations! Is the UFO-CFD solver still available somewhere? The mesher seems very promising. Is there also a conversion script to openFoam? Is there any more information available? I tried to check out your hompage, but it seems broken. Regards from Austria

It looks like the planform where the Chinese got its design cues for the J20. It would appear that the Russians have good R&D in terms of investigation into technology concepts. But for some reason this x-plane did not proceed into production. Perhaps the development and production of the SU57 stealth fighter proved to be a better design, with better performance metrics. Which leads to the question is the Chinese J20 a better stealth fighter than the SU57?

The MiG-1.44 would've been named the 33 if it became the next gen fighter for the soviets, but the Su-47 won and the 1.44 never got to see its light of day.

I think something your model is missing is the air going into the scoops would not afford so much drag, the air is going in and being consumed, then expelled by the engine.
@garcfd Жыл бұрын
yes agree - I have done it before but need to modify the solver to allow an internal boundary condition.
