Whay speed did you reach? It seems quite fast for an inflatable... Nice video though...

Nice video. We owned a SmartKat. Unfortunately after a couple of years the hulls wouldn't hold air and they fell apart. It was one of the worst purchases we ever made. I hope this doesn't happen to you.

Hi I am waiting new smartkat. I hope new model 2023 with new hulls will be strong. what katamaran do you have now ?

Twenty minutes is very optimistic. It usually took much longer to assemble a Smartkat especially because after a couple of years the hulls wouldn't hold air and eventually fell apart.

Hi Wolfgang. Do you know where I can find an air hose splitter like the one you used in this video so that both hulls can be inflated simultaneously? Also, do you happen to know the make/model of the pump you're using? Does it automatically shut off at the correct pressure?
@smartkatDeutschland10 жыл бұрын
Hi James- I build the air hose splitter myself (prototyp) Yes the pump switches off at the correct pressure.Parts are available through www.smartkat.de

Wolfgang Stiller Hi Wolfgang. May you post or send me some pictures of your splitter? I would like to build one for my sk. Thanks in advnce!

Ange C. its just a y piece splitting the air from the pump and two boston valves to prevent air from going back when you disconect one valve..but i recommend to use this just when you are very familiar with assembling the boat.For further information on price etc. please contact me under [email protected]
