Nah, the devs probably put him there after the fight since it was a hidden out of reach area. One of the install screens show him in the actual factory, but it looks like he was added there just for show.

Idk. It may have something to do with Alt+Tabbing during the opening logos. For walk through walls, you have to get hit by the bots, then (I think) touch them while jumping towards a wall.

So, THIS is how I find out Clash with the Anti-World was going to get a Console Version?! On one hand, it sucks that this version was cancelled because while the GBA version we got didn't seem that good (I watched a longplay) it did have some neat/cool ideas & potential that I could easily see expanded with a bigger scope & budget! On the other hand, I get a strong feeling the reason why the console version was canned was likely cause of Blitz Games switched focusing on Pac-Man World 3 (aka their Game for 2005, besides Bratz: Rock Angelz) & that Game's OWN Troubled Development! Given how mediocre (& blatantly rushed) PMW3 turned out, it probably was a blessing in disguise we didn't get Blitz Games' Clash with the Anti-World! I'm NOT saying it was 100% guaranteed to suck, but sometimes there are things better left unreleased! One thing is for sure though... Just from listening to this banger, like Breakin' Da Rules & Shadow Showdown, The Soundtrack would've definitely SLAPPED!!!
