Hey my iron farm stopped working. I did everything in the video. The only thing I did different was add text to the signs. I also placed the water on the corners but i placed them at the bottom so I had to place them again at the middle and thats when my iron farm stopped working. Any idea how to fix this or am I not being patient.

How long did you wait after finishing it for golems to spawn? The villagers have to both work and sleep to start spawning golems

Sim distance? Yes. Although you can build an even faster one using higher sim distances.

It’s sad when you take so much time building a great farm only to have the next update mess it up on you. They can’t fix all the bugs in the game but have no problem nerfing or destroying all your work. Mojang has to do better.

For the larger module at the very beginning of the video, how did the water streams connect? I understand for the ones on the sides, I'm more wondering about the ones stacked on top

Usually due to chunk border alignment, apparently the pinned comment fixes this issue though.

If your farm breaks this might help. The center line blocks under signs replace them with hoppers facing down and you don’t need the water in the center. Kelps will automatically will fall into the hoppers. Then under hoppers you can put 8 composters if you want bonemeal. Then hoppers under composters into the chest. And block the place where kelp supposed to flow before. This changes fixed my farm and works perfectly. Let me know if this helps. And farm looks compact too all the bonemeal made under the farm basically. And also place blocks on top of sticky pistons too.

@@FuzzyDragooooon thank you. Made little more changes. Small update: I noticed one hopper line can’t keep up so I added 2 more hopper lines with composters. If you want you can remove blocks from both sides and replace with hoppers pointing down into the composters. After that place slabs on to the center hoppers only. This will prevent excess kelp falling between hoppers and composters and getting stuck. Then you can connect your composters with hopper line to the chest. Always keep couple of stacks kelp because sometimes couple of sand will fall off or kelp breaks. Any zero tick farms requires constant repair. Full Minecraft day only I’ve got 64+21 bone blocks even after 2-3 pieces of sand falling off. I’m on MCPE 1.21 experimental.

No, the shulkers won’t attack snow golems unless they are hit by them. I wanted to make a farm using that but that part stopped me. Also its not going to make any difference if you’re afking nearby anyways

U can build an xp farm too with that and can use kelp block as fuel for a oven. I build that and used kelp blocks for the kelp so its an infinite cycle

I honestly think it would because java shulker duplication is the same but slightly faster than bedrock, java has much faster shulker farms u can make though, just look at illmamgos design

That is basically silentwisperer's farm You built this in a superflat world That's why it is that efficient In a normal survival world you would either have almost half the rates or you have dig a perimeter Edit: ok I just checked This is just as efficient I apologise

So actually no lmao, make sure to do your research before confidently hating on my videos, in bedrock edition mob spawning starts from the top of the world, so the rates will be the same, and furthermore the top of my farm is only one chunk lower than would be in a normal world. Yea, I just tested this myself and this farm just feels better to use. Sure wish there were faster xp farms though, also it might be a good idea to add some form of water dispenser safety for a spawning control

Idk but if it makes 96,000 kelp per hour and if one bonemeal is 23.33 kelp, you would make around 4114 bonemeal an hour🫶

They only emit light level 3 so its not really a big deal, blocks only a small part of the bottom layer of the farm 👌

I have no idea where the error lies, but no matter how much I rebuild it, how many times I take it apart and rebuild it, change it or whatever, it just won't work. Either the sand despawns, falls down, the kelp doesn't stay on the sand, or the redstone clock doesn't work at all. Unfortunately, I don't hear the typical noise, just knocking. Help... I play on version 1.20.71 Bedrock
