It’s very comforting to see how the livestock are nicely fed & living in optimal condition. Even if they are killed later for food, at least they didn’t suffer throughout their life before being ended. But it’s really terrible that these sea beings have to be cut alive before being cooked for the purpose of staying fresh.

Huh we dont stir it and it will never stick to the port . But once u stir it u need to continue to stir it until its or it will burn on the bottom
This traditional food is my childhood favorite. Natural n savory.

"Sampan"Congee" 👍👍👍👍👍👍 Got to go to a "REAL" Chinese restaurant here in the USA. Last time I had it was in San Francisco. That will be 15+ years ago. I wasn't able to get that in Chicago or Houston. Just got "Slice fish" congee. Maybe I didn't go to right place ☹
