This was during the Windblume festival, so they were talking about flowers. Cyno comes up with a pun joke "Collei Lily" (Calla Lily flower from Mondstadt) and "Collei Flower" (Cauliflower the vegetable)

Okay it's bad enough that the characters don't have voices, which that's unfortunate and there's nothing you can really do about it unless you plan to pay more since that's one of the problems I heard are going on, and also get the strike resolved fast. But it's even worse when you put cutscenes every 5 feet with un-skippable dialog. But we can't have auto clickers because they ban you for that. I still to this day don't understand why they don't allow you to skip dialog when almost every game under the sun does. They also don't ban you for wanting to skip the dialog, I'm sure your story is great and it is but if the voices aren't gonna be there and you know they won't then just allow the dialog to be skipped. We already know the bases of the event, we were gonna celebrate Nahida but then got sidetracked with this strange thing going on with Candace. We don't need 5 hours of un-skippable, unvoiced dialog for that.

thousands of jobs war ruined cuz of science so we can live a better life today, but no, lets complain about it again and again for thousands of years. and its not even a some factory job, its art, noone will remove people from it (its obviously if u have iq more than 70). so this strike not just stupid (noone will remove ppl from art, if they have brain ofc), its useless (tech prog wont stop)

But they already started replacing some of their voices by AI. They already started ruining what is supposed to be art and human. And that company is willing to continue doing it, without even asking for the VA's permission. It's their voices, and they have full rights over them. Having their voices being stolen by a company without crediting, asking or paying them is just wrong.

@@kiyomi_kamimoto 1) where? i dont see a single character voiced by ai in popular games 2) noone who have a brain will change living ppl for ai in art, cuz ppl will not buy it 3) humans dont have author rights for their looks/voices, cuz there many people in the world who looks just like you and their voices just like yours. 4) i can understand then you do some work with your voice and someone using it withot concern, but its ai made, its not your work. ofc when they train ai it sounds right to pay money for usage of yours script lines, but there tons of peoples voices, and anyone can use it, and nothing will happen cuz they are not voice actors.

@@makeevrur8478 Just do some research. Many people use AI voices, and this company is threatening to use AI in their future works. You're too naive. Voice actors have the right over their voices, because, surprise surprise, that's their whole work. They are paid for their voices and acting, and are credited for it. An artist has rights over their art, so do voice actors over their voices. It's AI based on your work. It's stealing, even though you get nothing of it. Artists suffered the same case and still do, with their art being stolen by AI to form a new piece of art based on theirs. But I guess you're probably young. Maybe just do some research on the subject, and support the VAs. If they are striking, they are striking for a reason. If you want, I believe Wriothesley's VA made a video explaining the whole situation.

I already saw two comments complaining that the VA's are "lazy" for not doing they're job... Ok let me explain. 1- They are not lazy, they are fighting for their job and their rights. 2- How they are doing that?? By being on a strike. 3- Why are they fighting? Simple. For what I know, most of the VA's for Ghensin are from the same agency, that Hoyoverse contacts to employ the VA's. That's right. HOYOVERSE DOESN'T HAVE A VA AGENCY. ALL THEIR VA COME FROM OTHER AGENCY'S. THAT'S WHY HOYOVERSE CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT THIS The thing is that, with all the IA content, the literally VOICES of the VA are in DANGER. Why? The same with IA art and artist. People taking the recordings of the VA to train IA voices. That's why they are on a strike. They WANT to prevent that... FROM THEIR AGENCY! THEY WANT THE AGENCY TO AGREE TO NEVER USE THEIR VOICES TO TRAIN IA SO THEY CAN STILL HAVE THEIR JOBS... IN A FUTURE... WHEN IA VOICES ARE SO SIMILAR TO VA VOICES THAT YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO DISTINGUISH. And that, that little thing they want, that thing they need to do their job safe... Is why they are on a strike. Because the company... Doesn't want to agree. To that. Soo. Instead of saying that they are "entitled" or "lazy". Learn why are they fighting. Same here They don't just voice the character they give the effort and emotion. those help bring the voice and personality of what makes that character unique and fitting they bring effort to bring the characters to life giving them a voice that shows the characters uniqueness and personality But most people just want to see and judge the cover of the book not reading inside the book

The new cast would do just the same, especially if they too are under the same studio as the current ones. Yes, the VAs are entitled (and rightfully so) to do this because their job is on the line if they don't do anything about it. Blame the studio for its late response to the strike, and for not treating the VAs fairly in the first place. They're only doing this to protect themselves if they want to keep providing us their talent, and having this career as one of their main sources of income with integrity and security.

It's not the strikes fault bruh, it's the studios who ruined everything cuz they don't want to pay their VAs properly while also trying to cut cost by trying to use AIs with those same VA's voices without giving them profit or even asking permission If Your Job not only doesn't pay you properly (they delay the VAs pay for MONTHS) and then even tried to profit from you... A large amount of voice actors for various games are on strike to protest the continuing threat that voice acting studios are making to replace actors with AI voices. One of the games in that strike is Genshin because the studio they have a contract with is one of the ones threatening AI replacements.
