This is not luxury! Its just big, no style or uniqueness. Plain architecture. Not even central a/c...for $1 M USD unbelievable. They get away because there are no better options out there

This is a very elegant design. I love it but for the one-car garage... but I know it is not common in Jamaica. But that would be the only thing that I change... it is very eye-catching with great curb/exterior appeal. I would like to see the inside entrance though -- with a great staircase at the entrance it will be an even greater wow.
