at 3:36 you can see the leveler has black stopper, take out the stopper to attach the blade and adjust to the height level that you require, then put the stopper back on. yes the blade appears shorter, when you attach the blade you need to squeeze the sides of the handle to ensure that the blade fit in nicely

Yes if you choose a full size item then you will get a full size.. usually brushes are full size unless stated

Totally agree the Glam bag x was the better box a shame they kinda excuse my french gypped people in category one couldve made catrgory 2 the plus better kinda sad these companies are doing they buyers like that i tried to enjoy box one n 2 i skipped 3 to get the Wakanda palette and sum more stuff so im not trippin but real sad they did box one very sad n box 2 again could ve been better they dont stop by dec im done id been better off taking my mone n buying fff winter def wasnt a right choice but ill get fff in dec if its still alive

I made up for missing the third box by getting the three elemis in the plus area and then skin inc Overall disappointed in all of them even thou i didnt get box 3 wasnt much better than number 1 n 2 I agree was kinda stale pics to me im sure they a wake up when people leave due to the dry picks

Was it your first GB X? Or did you cancel and then sign back up? Because if you do, they don’t let you choose the first box, which is really lame and makes no sense to me, but I guess it’s their way of retaining customers for every box. That being said, I had a problem with my GB Plus account and it would not let me choose for over 24 hours. I hadn’t canceled and it was not a new account/bag, so it was def a technical issue on their end. I was super pissed because by the time I was able to access Choices/Add-Ons, most everything good was gone, sold out, etc. I contacted Ipsy but nothing was done to make up for that. :( Felt like they owed me at least some points or something bc I still didn’t get the bag I wanted due to their system issue.

But Ipsy sent me no e-mails and I was checking the app constantly. Yes., they should give us point for their constant mistakes, but I'm open minded so I just hope they sent me good stuff based on my reviews I've made. 🤞🤞.

@LoudMummy I definitely agree. I guess it's all-in-one's preference ..it's just weird to think that some of us have completely opposite preferences to each other. I love that they are doing more hair products. I can't believe nobody has done a monthly hair care Box. I know some people do not want hair care at all though.

Yes I was close to canceling too but few items I wanted so I stuck with it! I used to subbed to Boxy and Allure so this is the only sub box I have currently so I always have my fingers crossed that my box doesn’t suck everytime 😂
