Very nice yummy food , I am Kashmiri and I was looking for a recipie which my grandmother was used to make , she used to fry entire leaf of patta gobhi without cutting and then some sabzi from it , it used to be so yummy but can’t find any recipe online , now she is not anymore and if you know can you post that

In most of the authentic Kashmiri pandit recipes you won’t see garlic but if you like it you can always add garlic and turmeric.

I just made 2 batches one is in the oven and the fried one came out amazing! Can you please confirm what temp n time for baking? I also applied extra ghee on the baked batch. Thanks!

Hi dear. Thanks for trying my recipe. For baking you can try at 400 F for 10 -12 minutes. Let me know how it turns out

Thanks for replying! Luckily I made the oven batch at 390 for 10-12 mins and it turned out even better than the fried ones. It was crispy and buttery like butter biscuits without the maida so healthy n tasty! Thanks for ur recipe! U solved my what to eat in vrat problem!
