there should be no pools of stagnant water on surfaces, sinks, around drains or in buckets because microorganisms will grow in them, insects can lay eggs in them, they can soak into porous surfaces and weaken structure, mould can grow in structures and spores can b e in the air .. living things you dont want in your body start inhabiting your kitchen .. make sure theres good drainage and pur away water you have used .. re-using water for heating stuff needs covered storage and regular cleaning of the container

1-Hand wash. 2-personal hygien. 3-cooked properly above 60.danger zone. 4-safe food storage. 5-clean after use.right chemical. 6-dont cross cntimnation. 7-clean our material propeely. 8-keep our instrument or mashines clean. 9-Clean the sinks. 10-stop grasssy area use mpsd. 11-keep dust bin cleaned. 12-food handler basic food and chemical.
