I study here and all I can say is don't come here, all my classmates are very unhappy with Macromedia, the educational level is extremely poor. Most of us feel that we've been frauded, for example, I supposedly study a master in music management, their website makes you believe that they offer such a degree, when in reality I signed for a master's in media and communication with a specialization in music management. Furthermore I was in contact with a representative of Macromedia, before joining the University and she sent me 5 emails in which she mentionned that I was coming for a master's in music management, not once was the term media and communication evoked, we also talked through whatsapp and she wrote "MA in Music Management" 3 times in our conversation. I sent the evidence to Macromedia as I asked for a refund and they deny the evidence, claiming that their sales team doesn't engage in misleading practices. I've talked with a lawyer and because I signed the contract it will be very hard for me to win, I'm getting an useless degree and I'm 25k euros down. Don't make the same mistake as me, don't come here.

Don't be fooled, I studied here a supposed music management degree, even though it looks like thay on their website and social media it's actually a master in media a'd communication with a specialization in music management, so few courses are actually about managing the music business

Haltung hat nix im Journalismus zu suchen! Man soll sich mit keiner Sache Gemein machen auch nicht dann wenn sie gut ist🤫😁 Vielleicht mal noch mal Ausbildung nachholen denn wir haben Heute schon genug sogenannte Journalisten die viel Unsinn von sich geben und denken sie hätten den Auftrag die Bevölkerung um zu erziehen!!!

That’s only in Berlin. Everywhere else in Germany, including its university towns, Germans aren’t particularly welcoming towards people who aren’t able to speak German competently. If you’re studying or taking up a short term work assignment in other German cities, it’ll be fine, you can find friends among the Expat community.

Ich rate jedem, der vorhat, irgendwas aus seinem Leben zu machen, auf jeden Fall nicht an diese Schule zu wechseln. MAC s laufen mit einem 6 Jahre alten OS, Räume haben keine Klimatisierung, Dozenten scheißen auf die Schüler und Fehltage werden gestrichen um einem so lange wie möglich das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Damit nichts auffällt, bekommt natürlich jeder Schüler eine 1 in jedem Fach auch wenn er scheiße ist. Das nennt man dann gut vorbereitet.
