Nah this is way better, it doesn't have that bad RNG-based gameplay from RLcraft mods like Lycanites, you wont get one shot if you get an arrow to the head, the mobs are very difficult but fair. play the pack before you call it slop honestly

@DemiTF2 sorry demi but this pack looks like every other pack ,thats why i call it slop ,i almost guarantee you it plays the same as any other same old modpack from curseforge . rl craft is legit a full experience and a breath of fresh air . checkmark

@@Jagermoon oh i know what you mean I've seen _so_ so many slop packs like better minecraft and chocolate edition, but I can tell you with absolute certainty that they _knew_ what they were doing with this one, and it really is a great hardcore experience. The new and modified structures give the pack a fresh feel, the additions to movement are fun and intuitive, they dont have sophisticated backpacks and use Backpacked instead so you can't just run around with an inventory full of diamond backpacks for limitless inventory space. It really feels like they thought about every single addition and feature. The mods they made specifically for the pack are incredibly polished alone, and have compat with dozens of other mods. They even changed a lot of recipes around to make mods way more integrated with eachother. I really believe you should try this pack, I've played it for hours and it's been very fun and challenging, there's nothing quite like it

by the way, play the 1.16 version of the pack as the 1.20 version that came out like yesterday is very buggy and unpolished because of that, and it's missing a few mods from the 1.16 version

tbh any pack with ice and fire if the spawns aren't tweaked in config you're destroyed every 5 seconds by flying beasts of doom, but damn does it feel good when you surmount them and scale past where they just become a nuisance lmao
