I just can’t get this method to work. The sistaco powder does not seem to want to stick to the Infinite Shine Base coat. I tried it when fairly wet and tired it when it sat a couple minutes. The wet made the powder go on in uneven chunks. When I tried it allowing it to sit a couple minutes it made the powder go on extremely light and it didn’t stick. Just looked like a very pale wash, barely there and you could see my nail completely. Looked like a little kid’s pale pink nail polish. Putting the Infinite Shine Top Coat over it made it smear and the powder pulled away immediately and it was mottled.. The only thing I did not do (because I didn’t have any) was to start with that OPI primer. But that would not have effected how the powder ‘stuck’ to the base coat or how the top coat pulled and messed up the small amount of powder on the nail. For me, this was a no go. If anybody has another method or tips please share. I really wanted this to work because I have a lot of powders and cannot use Sistaco’s gel top and base coats anymore. It is almost impossible to get off and not worth the effort.

Did you put powder on while polish was still tacky?

How do you remove is it the same as when you use their products? I find the product really difficult to remove using their base, colour and top coat! Are rge products you use difficult to remove? Thanks in advance

I'm wondering whether it would be possible to apply the holographic powders by buffing them onto the nail as per Sistaco's instructions because I find that it gives them a nice holographic finish as opposed to a glitter finish? Life saviour! After 12 years of wearing gel nail polish I have developed an allergy to it. After 6 months of no polish I bought the Sistico system and that worked well for 6 months then the allergy emerged. I am going to try this now so my powders aren't wasted.

My big reason for the UV lamp is that the polish in dry immediately. No matter how long I let regular polish dry, it always ends up smudged.

i ordered mine and just got it today, same quality issues :( the bag already has scratches all over it, glaze marks etc. It is a really beautiful bag but am just really disappointed with the quality control at this price point.

Nice thorough review. Other reviews have mentioned that the a/c turns off when the sliding door leading from the main cabin to the conservatory area is opened. If this is the case, the suite wouldn’t be very practical for warm weather or peak of summer cruises.

Non acetone remover does not even remove polish well. The press on nails do not stay on me that well. Your removal process will not save the nails.
