Hi Ashwin, Admin charges are taken monthly and non-refundable. If you take a home within 8kms radius from centre of the city or main market square, there is a higher probability that you will get all the things you mentioned.

I can recommand most of the neighbourhoods in Kraków if they are inside or near 3rd city buypass. Mostly it depends which location best fits your needs as workplaces are distributed across city so one may like to rent in the north other in the south and yet another at the east of the city

Not exactly. Generally there are 2 rates 12% and 32%. And is typical progressive tax. i.e. there is 30k pln with 0% tax 30-120k is 12% and surplus over 120k is at 32%. I don’t know how it works for foreigners. But generally for IT on contract of employment there is something like “cost of getting income” if there are property rights involved. And they lower this tax by half. There is also possibility to calculate the tax (at the end of the year) together with wife, and you have this 12% together up to 2x120k so if she earns less you can also pay less. There is also popular to be employed on B2B but is not always if profitable. You pay much less social security fees and 12% tax, but you pay much less for pension plan. But usually contract of employment is much better and stable option and I think up to certain amount 15-20k /month it doesn’t do much difference.
