only half of the siningang powder is ok, it's too sour when it's one pack and when it's fish there should be ginger. If siningang pork or beef or chicken even without ginger 😊

@@eulzzang and also depends on the Sachet flavor, there's 3 different flavors,1 is Tamarid(2x sour)(for Meat) .2 the Shrimp(for seafoods).3 is Gabi or Taro( thick gooey if you put less water.
