Sorry to hear that. Functionally the sun and Saturn are strategically placed but their aspect on each other causes issues due to their natural traits. It would be necessary to analyse the chart from the moon sign too.

good morning sir, In rule 1 if Venus is placed in 7th bhava which leads to karak bhav nashaya. My son has this placement in scorpio. Whether marriage possibilities are there ... Secondly, Rule 3- If 7th Lord of D-1 chart moved to 6,8,12 rashis in D-9, this is to be counted from 7th Lord of D-1 placement or from 7th Rashi. Highly obliged for your advise sir.Tq

If Venus is in 7th bhava, marriage chances are surely there, though marriage might have challenges due to karko bhav nashaya. In such cases, it is advised to utilised the traits of the planet afflicting the bhav, for example if Rahu is afflicting the bhava it is good to have marriage outside the community. For your 2nd query, use 7L to check how many rashis it has shifted.
