We're having a lot of issues with the bluetooth receivers and newer Iphones. The bluetooth is on the amp board and that's the only module that can't be replaced.

How do you get the passive speaker to work? Can’t seem to get any meaningful volume out of it.

Thank you for reaching out to us…. To connect a passive speaker to a Mipro speaker: 1. Make sure your passive speaker is a Mipro extension speaker - 4 ohms 2. Connect the speaker cable from the Main Mipro speaker extension socket to the extension speaker 3. You should have an equal amount of volume.
