"Fear of a Black Hat" is basically Spinal Tap for early 90s rap. It was written and directed by Rusty Cundeiff, who stars in the movie as Ice Cold, and who later directed some of the most famous skits on Chappelle Show. The movie is hilarious. It's even better if you watch Spinal Tap first, and then work through the early 90s rap scene ... East coast/West coast, etc. The main impediment to commercial success was timing. It was released too close to CB4, and, for a reason that i will never understand, this Ice Froggy Frog video was not in the movie. But Fear of a Black Hat is the best rap mackumentary ever made.
