This is great. We were in the audience and I kept pointing out to my son how great it was and how the live band doesn't miss a trick. The live music makes all the difference. I said the percussion guy has the really keeps it all together and has the most fun.😂

Mesmerizing. What king of drum heads were you using?
@ChazChambers3 жыл бұрын
I believe I was using Remo Pinstripe clear on the toms, likely a coated Ambassador on the snare, and I don't remember on the kick. But It might have been the Remo Powerstroke. Usually all Remo. I typically prefer Remo coated for most of my playing, but the Circus called for punchier toms.

I remember they asked how long I was going to be in the country. My girlfriend from Cuba was with me, so they might have been more curious of her travel intentions than mine. I have a US Passport and she was traveling with a Cuban Visa/passport. I hope that helps!

Backpacking is fine, especially if you have an itinerary that is Supporting the Cuban People, for example. That is one of the most popular general travel licenses. But for leisure, maybe not. Musically and culturally Cuba is amazing. They have some of the best musicians in the world, in my opinion.
