Gutta percha lateral condensation condensation was the bane of my existance. I always thought why pediatric pupectomy always had this tecnique and not adult endodontics? BTW the obturation at 4:19 would have been a nightmare with classic obturation methods. I have to ask, is it posible that bubbles will remain in the obturation leaving an incomplete filling? If not I'm sure it will happen to me

Yes, this technique is terrible. Using the direct tip can damage the teeth, the active edge is the bottom 2mm.

These studies are virtually worthless to the clinician as they do not state any time variables. As a clinician, I want to know how long Triton has to be in the canal to achieve its purported levels of cleanliness. Brasseler has been VERY elusive when I ask them for this info directly.

Yes but the gold standard ( Ah plus and hot compaction ) or the Thermafill are expensvie too.. :/ The best choice i saw is AH plus bioceramic (3g for 115 euros with 20 tips) or Bioroot but take more time and less pratical.

In fact, very intuitive, continuous rotatory movement screws the file, bringing the removed dentin back to the canal, but the reciprocating movement screw in both directions left and right, don't matter the angle, the removed dentin will be transported forward causing extrusion.

They make a big deal out of stuff so they can charge people lot’s of money. But in practice, simplicity is the most elegant. There’s no need to create a lot of fluff around things and overcomplicate stuff.
