Weird. I remember7 of these. :D Infernal runner was actually very hard. Each trap let you die a different death, and there are so, so many.

I would not call most of these particularly weird, pretty straightforward platform and arcade games. You want to go really weird, try the game based on "The Young Ones" or "Frankie Goes to Hollywood", now those were weird!

The weirdest C64 game I've ever seen has to be Moon Dust. Nobody even really understands how to play it.

Many of the Commodore 64 games in this video may be weird 😹, but PSYCHO PIGS UXB and THING ON A SPRING are two of my favorite games 😺👍🕹️. INFERNAL RUNNER seems kinda creepy 😹.

My initial reaction in both Choplifter and Fort Apocalypse, when spotting running men was to shoot them. Then I found out I was supposed to rescue them.

The only one of these I played was Human Killing Machine, which was more crap from Tiertex. Other bad games; Outrun - Horrible, choppy framerate. Powerdrift - Horrible choppy framerate. Space Harrier - Seems OK at first until you realize that all the enemy shots move way too fast. The speech and sound effects sound nothing like the arcade version, the "ceiling" is missing in one of the later levels and the whole thing just feels shoddy. Alien Syndrome - What's here is actually a decent conversion of the arcade game, but they left out two of the levels! The scrolling also needed work. The Running Man - Very slow and choppy movement makes trying to hit enemies an exercise in frustration. Dark Castle - Everyone regarded this as a joke. The "hero" trips over everything, can't jump a gap more than a foot wide and gets dizzy at the drop of a hat. Add in limited ammo, respawning enemies and the silliest sound effects ever included in a video game and it all adds up one really bad game. The sequel is just as bad. Quiksilver Pinball - Terrible pinball game, Power Pinball - Promised a pinball construction set, but the program was buggy and never felt anything like pinball.

Hard Drivin' was a fine Arcade but the C64 conversion was just bad. And even if not 100 per cent comparable Stunt Car Racer did much better before.

Welcome back, John 😺👍🕹️! THE GREAT GIANA SISTERS 3 exists 😹?! Oh my meowing God 😹! Also, i have to admit, that i still have HARD DRIVIN' for my Commodore 64 in a compilation called TNT (CiB, tape). I bought it from a local retro game store in Tikkurila, Vantaa (Finland 🇫🇮) in October 2022, and that was the first time, i tried that game on my C64. It is absolutely worse 😹 than the Amiga version 😺👍🕹️. COMMODORE 64 FOREVER 😺👍🕹️! Press play on tape AMIGA FOREVER 😺👍🕹️! Insert disk 2 Greetings from Vantaa, Finland 🇫🇮.

Impossible Mission was my all time favourite, unbelievable it is 40 years old this year :) Raid Over Moscow was a badass game, it was banned in some countries during the cold war era. Boulder Dash was also a very nice game i played a lot.
