That sounds very thin when a lot of people in these situations don’t have access to any form of supportive community

it sucks how mentally ill people get blamed for their mental illness, but people with many other diseases dont. its hard for people to separate the illness from the person.

I microdose, 0,1 grams every third day. I have tried truffles as well as the Thai strain and golden teachers. For some reason i feel mushrooms work better for me. They work so much better than SSRIs at keeping my mind out of intensely stuck OCD thought patterns. Not only do they abolish the negative thought pattern, they additionally improve my mood. I feel a warm safe feeling, and i am in a great mood with appetite to do things and get out of my comfort zone. I have done big trips as well, i think microdosing works better for me
@highlonesome74823 күн бұрын
I would love to try microdosing as I have suffered from OCD, brutal intrusive thoughts, anxiety and depression for 30 years. I need a break. I have never been on any medication. I live in Oregon USA, but don't know where to find psilocybin....

This man is an absolute hero. His book, The Colour of Everything, is honestly one of the most beautifully written and honest books on mental health I’ve ever read. And I’ve never climbed in my life… make no mistake, whilst the climbing stories are extremely well told, exciting and eye opening, this book, at its heart, is about Mental Health. Get it, you won’t be disappointed. Life changing

@@mbaxter22 yeah, my dad is in the mental hospital right now bc of shrooms and thc use. I genuinely think he's in psychosis and I'm worried. I would discourage anyone from using shrooms especially if you have Bipolar or other mental health issues.

I am tired of this opportunist promoting herself as a result of her husband's death. If my husband suffered a horrible death I certainly would not be dancing with the stars. No talent which makes her fit in perfectly with the others on The Talk
