I have a 5000 gallon tank with an 8” crack close to the bottom. I tried using a similar product and method and it worked for a few months but eventually started leaking again. Is this something that might work better if placed on the inside of the tank? Any ideas? Thank you.

Had this for about a year and didn't know about the removable sleeves! Thanks, this makes it even better to have to hunt adapters. The Leafeater definitely works for me.

I have these and they are terrible. Sorry! We have 6 in total. The wet eucalyptus leaves just get adsorbed to the surface of the mesh and I have to constantly brush them off by hand when it starts to rain. We just had a heavy downpour and one of these systems was completely blocked with about 10-15 thin leaves, with water splashing out everywhere. When they get blocked it is chaos and like having no down pipe at all.

Does the pump hold 65 psi indefinitely after the hose is off or will the pressure drop off after a few minutes?

I really wish I could find a strong enough pump for our 120v stystem. We've gone through two Grunfos MQ-45 pumps and I think our current is a Walrus. Two story house and 3 full bathrooms. I wonder if this one will be better for us RainFlo MHP150A 1.5 HP Automatic Pump.

Hi, the MQ-45 produces about 20 GPM max and 60 psi max. The RainFlo MHP150-A about 36 GPM max.and 65 psi max. So, for example if you are looking for about 30 psi the Grundfos delivers about 16 GPM verses almost 30 GPM form the RainFlo pump. You would see a sizable difference in flow from the two pumps. Conversely the pressure/head is a little better with the RainFlo which would help with the upstairs fixtures. Hope this helps!

It certainly does, this pump seems to have the best specs for 120v wiring. I like that the automatic unit detaches with the electrical unit diagnosis making it easier for a home owner to replace. This will be our next unit and I may just end this Walruses service a little early because it's even less powerful than the Grundfos, seems more reliable though. Thank you.

I use the MPH75 for our house. 3000 sq ft with 3 full bath. I have plenty of water pressure even with the washer/dishwasher and two showers going at the same time. I purchased the pump in Aug 0f 2018, installed in Sept of 18. It is now Apr of 20 and I don't have a sing'e complaint.

It would good if you could describe pressure adjustment. The screw on the back of the controller does not move and it is overpressuring my on demand water heater in my RV. The pump is pushing well over 100psi.
