Thank you, Dr. Manoj. I want to ask how you set the targeted TV in preterm babies below 26 gestational weeks for the first days of life. Do you start with 6ml/kg or higher values? In the first settings again, which respiratory rate do you start with, 40, 50, 60, or 20 below babies' spontaneous RR? In my daily practice, R and C measured by the ventilator is not always reliable. So, for these preterm babies, how do you set IT ?

For a preterm calculator, would we need a more intensive look at the criteria prebirth (maternal factors), at birth (resuscitation), and then assessment for the next 72 hours? Policies may need to reflect every 2 hour assessments/observatory watch by providers and nurses. Thank you for this lecture.
