hi. I have a black round frame like the width of yours and it has a photo place in the center. What do you recommend I can do to cover up the round frame part before I can glue on crochet or felt flowers?
@marisahome8 ай бұрын
hmmm. good question! My first thought is to wrap the black frame with yarn or string (like in this video) if the frame cannot easily be hot glued to. Some frames you can hot glue directly to. Without being able to see the frame; you may need to do a little experimenting. Sounds like this could be a fun craft and beautiful! Happy crafting!

@@elainem9774 thank you!! makes me so happy you enjoy them! If the frame is metal then definitely wrap it with yarn, string or ribbon. I have not had any luck hot gluing to metal. I am in beautiful San Diego ☀

Where do you find cheese cloth that wide? even when I unfold mine it isn't that wide and I would need to layer to get the coverage I need leaving it looking a little unfinished in spots

Hi! I have an affiliate link for the cheesecloth that I use, amzn.to/3dj5YHv. I have done these ghosts with a more airy cheesecloth and layered it too and they come out super cute also! Have fun!

Hi Marisa! Great Happy Birthday Banner! I think that the project is a huge success! I love the rustic wooden tree branch top with the lovely "dangles" on each end. You did a great job & this turned out really beautiful! I think it is really a nice decorative element for any space for that special occasion! I would like to have one of these myself, or I would love to give it as a gift to someone very special! TFS Happy Creating! Samantha

You boil the flavor right out of the meat. I cook the meat with the pureed chilies, onion & garlic. Either way, it still has be shredded. It's not faster.
@marisahome3 жыл бұрын
Sounds like a good way to go; I hope it turned out well! We found that boiling the pork allows it to get tender and shred more easily (if shredding that much pork is easy, LOL!). I haven't tried cooking the pork with the chilies yet. Thanks for sharing!
@reneemills-mistretta7903 жыл бұрын
@@marisahome It came out excellent. When pureed the chilies i added garlic and onion and poured the pureed chilies in with low sodium chicken stock. I reserved some of the chilies to add at the end . It came out very flavorful and moist. It shreds easily when you stop the cooking once it's easy to shred. Boiling just boils out any flavor in the meat. Simmering w/added flavor makes the meat delicious and very tender.
