Did we ever find out what was the voice coming from the Elacube? Was it Oropo? Qilby? It seems weird that It would just be him being insane since It was very strongly hinted that the Cube was sentient and malevolent.

Eon was completely wasted in OV. He should have been the main villain of the final season but for some reason he was reduced to a mere goon. The song suit Eon and how he will do anything to reach his goals. The lyrics "cut the ties that hold me down" is good reference to how Eon cut his from his old life in order to embrace his new identity
