Whenever I see interviews like this with so much powerful information from people like Dr. Synclair and it really doesn’t have lots of views I feel like the information was just for me! Thank you so much for this❤

Thx Kevin! My main takeaway on how to implement this great strategy you recommend: give, give, ask. Give, give, ask. This way I'm exercising asking regularly and letting others experience the joy of helping me. :)

You have no idea how helpful this video has been for me. I have even downloaded it and watch sometimes. I really want to thank you very much for making my life much better, because this's such an important piece of advice you just offered and even more helpful for those who are depressed and feeling hopeless. Thank you so much and wish you're enjoying your time.

I think that's great. I would love to be myself. The only problem is that I had a farther who was very critical, mean, did not think highly of himself and really kept to himself when he was around others. Well, I have all these traits myself. Like him, I don't think that people are going to like me. I really don't like this about me too!! I am 61 years old and have been married twice. I just don't think I have the social skills that most get. I wear my emotions on my sleeve and it gets me into trouble all the time because most of the time I'm critical. The truth is I am really afraid to be around people. I spend a lot of time with my mom and talk to my two sisters.

I received this from Ty Bollinger. First let me say that Nate looks fabulous!!! However, I like a video as opposed to something to read. I didn't like how I had to read on and on about this thing. I didn't want a long explanation. I'm interested, but I don't like to keep reading something on and on.
