That’s was my dream to ride the Cape Epic 10 years ago. I’m too old now (let’s just say I’m in my early 50’s). Maybe in my next lifetime 😅 If I had a chance to ride it though I’d opt for loose riding shorts with the Lycra underneath for support. The Lycra riding shorts alone don’t provide enough protection on falls.
