I saw Gene at the Opry a couple years ago and that same bass player was there. He’s solid and pretty fun to watch😂

Doesn't look good. Some are predicting that they will be out of business in less than a year. Very, very, very slow production of a finished product. Lots of questions about the viability of this company. Hope this changes for the better and these guitars will be produced in a timely manner. Can't expect people to put up thousands of dollars in deposit, then wait a couple of years (if they're lucky) for their order to show up. That point which was made I would agree with.

Biggest distraction: the bass player's antics, like a 5-year-old. STOP already!

Good luck trying to order a ReSound 65. Players who have ordered them tell us they have been waiting 18 to 20 months after putting up their deposits of thousands of dollars. Emmons says it is due to parts problems, some players are beginning to fear this is a scam and the company will fold up taking their deposits with them. Let's hope not.

These new wraparounds have THE sound. These and the boltons are far and away the best sounding steels you can play.

The first thing you have to master on the pedal steel guitar is the 3 toed sloth stance.

Boo Miller plays one of the greatest pedal steel guitars, the Emmons ReSound '65! I had an opportunity to play one the last time I was at the Emmons Guitar Company, and it is a beautiful looking and beautiful sounding pedal steel guitar!

What’s wrong with the bass player?

Wonderful Emmons classic !!

Are these Emmons "push/pull"; or All pulls? And could one get either? For the push/pulls do HAVE that sound. But the ALL pulls; are much better; with pedals, knee levers, and tunning it.. And why Ron Lashley Sr invented the ALL pull. The sound is just a little bit under; the Push/Pulls. But those with keen ears, hear it. Many don't. And Lashley knew that he HAD to make ALL pulls. Because MOST players wanted the ALL pull. Incidentally; I bought my first Emmons in '69. Push/Pull, of course. And I hated the lowering rods; that it could not have only one lower on each rod. So, I bought the Lashley II Emmons all pull; when it came out. Then I bought another Push/Pull; to get that sound. But, I sold it because of why I hated. Plus, I have bought and sold many Emmons, ever since. For what it's worth. Good Luck to the new owners of Emmons. P.S. My first push/pull did NOT have "that" sound. And that did happen some times. And just before Lashley died, he told me HOW to get that sound. And it's very easy to fix it. With just a screw driver, believe it or not. May Jesus bless the new owners, always.
