I love her voice. This for some reason is making me think of her album in the 70s. She plays, sings, and writes. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

M.A.S.H temporarily was apart of that iconic CBS 70s Saturday night line up with All In The Family, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, The Bob Newhart Show and The Carol Burnett Show. We don't have line ups like that anymore and Saturday nights are a dead zone for tv.

Leon never fails to get my feet tappin' and his spontaneous accompaniment of an instrument from his imagination to fill in the in-between spaces is true genius. Live performances, such as this, caught on videotape are a treasure to behold, left behind by an incredible musician that was one of a kind. Thank you Mr. Redbone, for sharing your gift.

0:07 Blondie from the movie "Roadie," filmed at Manor Downs racetrack east of Austin as they covered Johnny Cash's "Ring of Fire." I recall this in an episode of "America's Top 10" devoted to music from movies, but I didn't see "Roadie" until some years later. Also in "Roadie" was then-Austin mayor Carole Keeton McClellan (Rhylander), who would later have a show on 36, "The Rhylander Report."

Farrell. "It was against everything I STOOD FOR". Hence why BJ is my least favorite character in the show. That apendectomy episode was lazy to begin with because it was a retread from an earlier episode with Leslie Nielson playing the gung ho officer. Trapper was on board because pulling out the guy's appendix would cost him his command, but not kill him. It was close to what Hawkeye and Trapper were like in the book and film. BJ Farrell or Mike Honeycutt are one and the same. He's not acting. He's playing himself, far more than even Alan Alda. There was already one preachy, sanctimonious guy on the show in Hawkeye. The show didn't need a second "Super Ego" version of Hawkeye. On top of that check out Farrell in the readings. he has the weakest timing and the least believeable delivery. And then there's that 70s porn star mustasche. Thank God they brought in Winchester to save the show.
