There has been a couple who have changed their minds . It’s can’t be put back etc this must cause more mental health problems . But then there is some who this can change lifes

i thought id feel nauseous or uncomfortable with watching a real surgery but the combination of the very informative yet caring description while also know this was something that person was looking farward to and will likely be so happy about afterwards made it actually very viewable. i have been on the fence for my own surgery but somehow this made me feel much calmer than any animations/just talking about it. sending love to the whole team and especially dr mosser. thank you all for your work and also providing such great material online.

These videos (despite the graphic imagery) make me feel less anxious about surgery. Something about knowing exactly what is being done is very reassuring in a sense.

your videos are helping me be more aware of the diff types of top surgeries and the agnowlagment of nonbinary people helps so much too as a nonbinary transmasc person that struggles a lot due to my country not even having gender neutral pronouns and enby people not being respected, this helps a lot to see it normalized and treated as a thing different from male and female, rather than "either male and female"

hope to get top surgery when i can afford it and im ready for it im a very skinny person with naturally lower blood pressure, never been under anesthesia, so all of that makes me want to ensure im at tip top shape if i were to have surgery. i know i could pull through it well :)

Awesome doctor and man. His attitude is wonderful and he’s in it for all the right reasons. It’s always nice so see a confident, not cocky, surgeon! His bedside manner is obviously fantastic and I’m sure his patients love him.

I'm getting top surgery later this year and wanted to see a video of it actually being done, this definitely hasn't deterred me but it's way more disturbing than I would have thought haha

How does the surgeon know where the nipple will be once the lower incision is sutured? Are they just flying blind and using an educated guess based on anatomy? Scary 😵‍💫

I'm doing research on top surgery for a class assignment (we chose our own topics). It's so cool to be able to watch this procedure. Like, I want top surgery so badly, and knowing how it's preformed helps me so much in easing my anxieties about it as I get the last loose ends tied before I schedule a date. Just need the therapist note and the surgeon to set up a date!

Being an out, visible trans person working as a medical assistant at a Catholic hospital/clinic in a rural area has positively impacted patients in ways I never could have imagined. They see me and my badge and know that I'm not only a safe person, but someone who understands their experience.
