Interesting - black oil sunflower sprouts are basically keto - in the fat/protein/carb ratios - very interesting indeed...of course you have to do your own butchering so...

You don't need soil for sprouting. Just use wet paper towel.

What's the ideal timing between watering? Are you doing only one watering a day? Or like twice a day etc? I'm having a hard time with this. I did well at first. Then I got confused how many times a day to water. And then some of them got some from too much water, and mold got in or something. I need advise on how many waterings per 24 hours, plus, how much space time to dry between each watering?

Hi! What do you do with the soil after cutting all the sprouts? Do you reuse it? Obviously there will be those roots left there to rot(?)

I followed this exact way and on day 3 as I’m about to put by the window I see fuzzy white on the stems of a lot of the sprouts. Is this mold? If so how do I proceed? How to prevent this from happening in the future
@ambersino1844 жыл бұрын
Hi, doing your method step by step. I’ve had them in the closet for 3 days and the white sprouts are going strong. Once you put it by the window are you suppose to water it again? I only watered it on day one and squeezed out the excess water like you suggested. Do you water them anymore after that? Thanks

Do you water those sprouts when they are in the closet or do they just soak up what’s left in the soil? How often did you water them overall?

Great video, great walkthrough. I would like to clarify that these would be classified as microgreens and not sprouts. I will be growing some of these for myself in a couple days. can't wait.
