Actually, I was looking for differential schematics. But this video just convinced me that a used Pajero/Shogun/Montero is a real deal compared to Pajero Sport. Gotta get me a Pajero soon.

do you have access to the PID's? I use a lufi XF which is able to read all the non normal temps (SST temps) in my evo 10. Surely this would have the capability of reading the tranny temps in the paj, I just dont have the PID for that. Is there a reason that you use the Chrysler/Dodge PID in torque pro? does this read from the same sensor in the Paj?

4H uses almost exactly the same amount of fuel as 2H, it’s imperceptible. Just use 4H, it’s safer

With the central diff locked the torque is 100% available in each axe, front and rear. Not 50%. If your rear axe is on the air you can use 100% of the torque in the front

How is your temp a bit lower than the normal pajero range ? The needle seems like at a bit lower position. Was it just started or warmed up already and at this place.

I have 2015 V6 3.5 L Pajero, am leaving for a long road trip of 2400 kms, where I will be using 4W and triptonic as part of trip will involve high altitude driving. Can I use triptonic in 4LLC mode?

i squeezed a considerable amount more for way less than rebuilding the 3.8 with pistons spark plugs high flow cats and a muffler ,i just went to my local wreckers and bought an LS1 ,found an engineer to make me an adapter plate fror the 460LE transmission to bolt up to the transfer case and now with a maffless tune headers single three inch exhaust and a VCM710 camshaft it puts out near 488 horsepower at the wheels ,i have upgraded the fuel pump and stage 2 fuel injectors which flow close to 1100cc,all for under 5000 dollars ,lighter engine more power more reliable and better much better fuel economy

does it show engine oil temperature how do we see that on pajeros

Excellent vid and well explained, right to the point. I drive uphill and used 4H, thought this is softer to the gear, but half an hour and gear temp illuminate. Stopped to let cool and drive back downhill. Wondering why it is overheated, should I use 4HLc to lock it mechanically and reduce the use of oil? I will change the filter and gear oil next month.
