I watched it on 0.25 and it looks like random mid 5 digit in 0.25 time in mcOsu cursor dancing on streams, also his cursor even if it's supposed to move to the end of slider and to note right after it don't do so and ends right on last slidertick. Sorry for bad grammar, I'm from Russia, but i think he is a hacker timewarp but not relax.

4:28 this slider shows everything. Timewarp. Somebody commented that he had high sens and this expains cursor shaking. But u cant shake ur cursor on this slider,especially with high sens. Idk how he didnt get a sliderbreak...so yeah...timewarped...
