I think what ruined AEW was releasing the All In footage and turning it into a storyline after Punk quit AEW. That was the last straw for AEW. After the footage came out people were chanting “CM Punk” and the memes on Twitter were insane

AEW are still fcking up with their amature hour bs shows. They lost punk and cody which cost them millions of dollars and thousands of fans, them showing the backstage footage of Punk and jungleboy backfired massively. As of today AEW is sliding further and further downhill with no sign or way that they can recover any time soon.

Cena vs Punk was a different kind of rivalry , it wasn't your everyday feud, they respected each other not just backstage but in promos and segments and even when they were having differnet feuds they still met each other in the ring, it was a feud of 2 faces of the company, and truly one of the best rivalries of the decade

CM Punk is the man, Missed him for the 7 years he was gone and since his return he's been talked about more than any other wrestler. I'll always remember him as a stand up dude that took no shit from anyone
