If you've got a multi stream keurig, you'll have multiple needles. I just got mine the other day, but I believe the red plugs on these cups get removed if you've got a multi stream keurig.

Hi, I have the same external dvd player that you do (USB 2.0 Slim Portable Optical Drive) that I am trying to get to work for my MacBook Air. The external dvd player only plays CDs on my computer but not DVDs. Was there anything special that you did to get your external dvd player to play DVDs on your computer? Thanks!

I recently purchased this item from Cold Steel. I'm anxious to use it, but it's too long for me. I reached out to C.S.'s customer service via email, but in the month + that I've had it, I never received a response. I'm wanting to get advice from the seller about the best way to shorten the cane. Finally I was able to reach C.S. by phone. After being on hold for 10 minutes, a very pleasant woman answered. I asked my question, only to find out that shortening the cane will "void the warranty". She did suggest I check on KZbin for a possible answer. The warranty is pointless if I can't use the product.

I think you might’ve got it flip-flopped where the water goes in vs comes out? That little white orifice on the bottom left I think is where water goes in? Probably comes out somewhere near the top as the bubbles percolate the particles of protein in scum upward into the cup?
