Lots of great gems in here, and I'm only 30 minutes in - major kudos to Lizzie for being so vulnerable and bringing so much to this episode. Her openness is going to bring lots of folks real value when they stumble upon this - lots of great human stuff to walk away from this with. Can't wait to hear the rest!

Personally, the moment that i disconected the idea of creating something with my confidence is when i started to not need to be confident to create. Now neither does creation make me feel confident, nor does the lack of it make me feel like a failure. I think that creation should be something that liberates us. For years i used to feel like if i dont create something then i dont have much value as a human beeing, and this resulted in alot of destructive behaviours which i did just.to be able to create more . But here is the funny thing ; i dont create to show anyone else something. Whille i occasionally show what i do, in general i really dont like doing that , and its not what my life philosophy on creation is. But anyway, as i was saying, the moment in which i didnt derive confidence or self worth from creating, was when i started creating not only more, but also creates much more interesting things. There is a cirtain sence of liberation when we dont create for the goal of getting something but for the sake of curiosity, for the sake of "what if i did this instead of that" . But thats just me. Generally, i think in most of human culture, there is this conception of what is good art, and this to me is what pervents progress in all the arts, because it makes us focus on replicating what has already been created, because thats one of the only ways we know what is good art and bad art. I cant know what good art is until ive seen it. But the moment i see it, then it gives me an outline for what i think is good, but there lies the problem, since now this outline becomes a formula for creating what is " good" , and going too far away from it starts feeling uncomfortable, sounds feeling incoherent, or "bad" . Although i dont think that there is anything wrong with tjisnparticular framing paradigm of art if its used as a tool of sorts, as a method..on the other hand, i think that most people just do this by default because they havent been exposed to other ideas. They havent been exposed to the fact that hell you can do that and other things as well, and thats really my issue. Just the thought that something like art, which is literally just some subjective symbolic representations throught which we describe and explore the world inwardly and outwardly, and to have it framed in such an absurdly limited way..i think is a tragedy for the potencial which it posesses, because i think that art is a way of seeing the world, and puting up bariers to people like the education system oftain does, of " you are a good artist, but not jimmy over there", it just makes people who can otherwise benifit from art, give up on this way of thinking. Anyway, thats enough of my rant Tell me yat ya think if you have anything youd like to add or critisize or anything else have a good day

(Hope this doesent come across as mean cuz its not my intention at all) I would have loved to read about whare he's at in a pinned coment, cuz now idk whare he is at, and im too lazy to look at the full one. (I will check ya out another time do, you have a nice estetic going on. There is a bit more space than i would like to in a podcast, from the one i listened to, so as an average spemds half the day on youtube viewer, i would recomend to edit some parts of the podcasts whare there is too much time without talking.( for now i mean, since i think this is just gonna be the case till you really get used to podcasting ) Ultimately tho , you do you, cuz hell maybe you enjoy the things i dont enjoy, and thats all good too. Hope you get to discover a lot of things through podcasting, and i hope most of all that its an interesting experience. Have a nice day
