It's probably making that noise because as it's spinning the blades are raising up and making it scrap the motor housing

Nice unfortunately i thought it was a scam since it hadn’t shipped out within a week so i canceled the order until it was too late when the seller messages me saying “i was busy and it couldnt be shipped sorry, but it should be sent out this week” somewhere around there and i was kinda sad because i really wanted that fan
