Legadex is your next-generation legal service provider with its head office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and branch offices in Rotterdam and Brussels. The company was founded in 2008 by Hans-Martijn Roos and Luc van Daele, who saw that corporate law departments were looking for better alternatives for handling their legal work and becoming more cost-conscious. Today, buyers of legal services have more choices. The sector is disaggregating and unbundling.

Legadex has firmly taken root in the Benelux legal market as an ‘Alternative Legal Service Provider’ (ALSP). We now serve a client base of 300+ international corporate legal departments, private equity investors, family offices and law firms with our team of excellent business-oriented lawyers and paralegals.
