When you want to compare two key from object for example you are taking min value and max value but min value should not be greater than max value, so you can compare it in validate function and throw relevant error

As a begineer, you should do migrate the models using makemigrations and migrate commands before creating serializer instance in interactive shell. As it's cut or edited in video, it might save time :)
