I wish you built in Tucson/Vail area. We looked at a few of Toll Bros builts, the Whitewing, Bridle Ranch and the Adero Canyon. We absolutely love what Toll Bros builds but we realize we don’t necessarily want to move our kids to a much hotter place just for a house. It would be our dream if Toll Brothers ever built in Vail or I wouldn’t mind it in the Catalinas. Please come down this way! 😂

Would it be possible to choose different finishes ? I love dark floors so not a fan of white oak, ( I know it's popular now ), but I prefer something classical which will outlive current trends.

As Home Owner of a toll brothers construction located at 3578 Rambla Pl, Santa Clara, CA. 95051 The property is horribly built with abysmal customer service, either from the builder or just my customer support, Angelina Prophett. I have no idea. The dryer has had issues since moving in, and it is still not fixed. An incompetent technician came out and told me to keep removing lint from the conduit. So basically, every time after I run one cycle of the dryer, I need to get a ladder and climb to the back of the dryer to get rid of lint from the conduit that runs to the ceiling. The problem worsened, but my customer service then told me, "Oh, too bad, you are out of warranty now." The washer is leaking water. I was provided with a $500 microwave in the unit instead of the $3500 one that I paid for. The 220V electrical circuit needed for it is not in place. I received a quote of $35,000 to fix that electrical circuit. It has been almost three years since I moved in, and nothing has been resolved. I will not be purchasing anything from Toll in my lifetime.
