I have no idea how you got good reviews for this brace. This brace is constantly shifting and sliding down the knee even after adjusting all the straps. Mot to mention the plastic push botton slides always click up or down on their own when you try to pull up on the brace, making for a very counter productive locking mechanism.

I've having the exact same issues with mine. I did better in the stabilizer I got from the ER.

I’m going to thank you for this video. As a retired OT s/p lumbar fusion L4-5, 2.5 weeks ago, this video was extremely beneficial to me in order to adjust the XL brace that I was provided by my physician’s office. This office I was told only provides the XL(one size fits no one) brace. I am 5’3” and 126# with a small waist. I was able to cut the belt as the video demonstrated and adjust the straps as shown. Although I could cut the length of the brace, I am not able to cut the height which of course is also to big. Be that in mind, another brace is on the way to me as I am required to wear for 3 months. Based on this video demonstration, my physician’s office should employ some one who knows the mechanics of the brace and how to properly adjust without leaving 10-12 extra inches of unnecessary hot material and provide adequate support for their patients. Thank you. At least until my new brace arrives, I will have better comfort and needed support.

Hi, indeed the miami tlso 464 can relief some lower back pain and align some bad posture, please also have a look at the miami lso 456? do you have kyphotic posture?
