I practice IBC using my specially designed IUL’s with a hybrid DB leading to really low fees and commissions which provide great early liquidity of ~90% of the premium I put in without having to purchase an early liquidity rider. I have a fixed loan rate of 5% for the rest of my life providing me with some really good arbitrage opportunities.

It most definitely IS about using dividend paying whole life from a mutual company, designed for the banking function. There are way deeper reaaons for using WL than just the movement of money.

Yes agreed, IBC is most optimal when using a mutually owned dividend paying whole life company. The process can be practiced without WL though. It’s discipline and delaying gratification

Are you not paying twice- once to fund it which you then use to pay off something then again for the same debt when you pay it back at the same time your funding it the following yr

Good video bro. But prices rising is not inflation. Inflation is the actual act of the debasement. Prices rising is a symptom of inflation. Inflation is an increase in the supply of money and credit. Not prices rising.

You can practice Infinite banking with a shoe box of cash, a credit card, or any other way you can save money in an account. Its just that the specially designed whole life policies are the ultimate tool to practice IBC with because of the death benefit part, and the fact that even though you have a loan outstanding with the insurance company, your full amount of cash value is still earning compound interest. No other tool for IBC does that other than whole life insurance. After 1 death benefit is paid, you should be able to practice IBC perpetually if you manage it properly. (I dont mean when YOU die, I mean when someone that is insured in your family banking system dies. This means you should have a system of multiple policies to practice this properly) If someone doesnt qualify for a policy due to health reasons, and they just simply cant get another insured body into a policy, then I would still recommend using velocity banking to pay down debts first, then practice IBC using whatever way you have available to do so. Its still a great concept without life insurance, but will never be effective as with having a whole life policy in place thats properly structured. And no, I dont sell life insurance.

This flow of money may compare to #VelocityBanking but is missing the legacy building of #InfiniteBanking. You are fulling missing the IBC concept.

This is misleading. You don't make money when you consume. When you finance something, there is always a cost. HELOCS are not free. Neither is a car loan. Cycling money only works when the system is liquid and you have relative certainty in the value of assets
@leomiranda2809
@leomiranda2809 27 күн бұрын
Yes, you just said it yourself. It cost money for financing something or HELOCs but if are the bank you can pay back yourself with interest. So you keep the money in your own banking system. It takes time but it is worth it

Most people aim to have and emergency savings fund, I have an interest avoidance account. Cars, home repairs, non medical procedures, all of it is so much cheaper in cash. I have only ever bought my home with a loan. And I'm fine with my 4% interest on that loan.

Do not buy a new car, its a waste of money. Take the money and maintain the car you already have. Just like making repairs to your house. When a person tells you that you are spending more on the car than its worth you need a new car . Go somewhere else. I drive a 1978 Chevrolet Silverado truck everyday. Yes over the yrs I made repairs large repairs. Rebuilt motor, recovered the seats , new paint, replaced head liner etc. Saved alot of money folks . Maintain the car and you will not have to replace the car.

What?! That's a bunch of mumbo jumbo. As long as the interest on the 25K loan is higher that the interest on a 25K investment is higher, you're NOT saving any money by doing that. Your example just says you keep contributing 10K\year every year after your car is paid off. Nothing he's stopping you from doing that after paying cash for the car on the first day. In your example, you paid 30k for the car eventually, while in the cash example you'll only pay 25k. You'll never make 5K out of your 10K investment in the year after the car purchase. That's why buying cash is better. If you can finance about 2% lower rate than what you can get on an investment, then it's worth it (2% difference because you're taxed on capital gains). So the actual order of things (best to worst) is: 1. 0% financing 2. Very low (up to 3%) financing. 3. Cash. 4. Lease.

Appreciate the comment and amount of thought Shane. I used to think the same way until I was taught we finance everything we buy; either pay interest or give up opportunity to earn interest. By creating a self financing system you keep the money in your family and the policy grows daily- if you want watch the money multiplier training here - Full 90 Minute Money Multiplier Training by Chris Naugle: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZpWpoIWqfaiIja8 (kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZpWpoIWqfaiIja8) If not, no worries. Infinite banking process... What an interesting arrangement of words. You do know, that in america, you have Banks failing every day right? You do know, that the bankers, have done such a bang-up job, in the banking industry. The only actual product we've ever gotten from the bank, was war? You do know, that the banks, are probably the most untrustworthy organization, in the entire world, right? So why would we continue to use a system, of oppression. That was specifically designed, to be oppressive? "If people really understood the banking system in america, they wouldn't use it." Elon musk, founder, PayPal.

Stop using a bank for loans and just get yourself in a position to PAY IN FULL it sucks and it takes time but its worth it, i really enjoy driving a paid off truck worth 30k that i upgraded myself and paid $1,200 for

I’m right with you. I’ve been very sick two decades and starting over at 60. I will be buying a house for 20-50K w some land for free and clear and self sustaining. Looking in low population areas of Appalachia where prices much lower and finding deal negotiate for 30 cents on dollar and fix it up myself. I’ll also be looking for a truck soon. May I ask what kind of truck you purchased, how found it and what you had to fix? I’m researching trucks right now for dependable and older. I’m woman w no family. Thank you if you have any tips. Sounds like heck of a deal. I can hire mechanic, especially if easy to fix vehicle where some are more expensive, special equipment etc Getting one’s expense low, living free and clear, being frugal and finding deals on big purchases is definitely the way to go! Good luck!
