Hey, could you add captions please? Sometimes the interpreter is a little hard to see cause she is small and in the corner and there are DHOH people who might like to read the English rather than use the interpreter too :)

Do you have to use a specific hand?
@kaiar92862 жыл бұрын
No, you can have "left handed signing" just the same as left handed person writing, but it needs to be consistent, the dominant hand cannot be switched back & forth.

You may have to watch several times then repeat with her and see the subtlety as you go. Like every language you have to repeat several times before you get it... I found it quite easy (and this is my first video). Note how you shape the letter like it’s written and note how the vowels are pointing to each finger at a time (a.1, e.2, i.3, o.4, u.5 and y in the thumb/forefinger), and things like p, q, k, r are like shaping the letters on your other hand. Then j is like drawing it, c, w, x are the most logical. Z is like ‘time out, this is the end’ and h is like nothing (wash your hand off that letter, it isn’t even hard). 👍

You can just slow down the video, if you were really looking forward to learning it, you'd actually make the effort of finding some way to keep up instead of giving up immediately because it was "too fast"
